All homes are sold on a 20 year lease and allows you to enjoy your new holiday home 48 weeks of the year. You can decide to use the home just for your own private use, or rent out privately to receive an additional income.
All homes are 2 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. We also allow pets on the park, so you can bring your (well behaved) dogs and enjoy the fantastic country walks together… and save on kennel costs.
Each home is sold fully furnished with skirting and steps with garden and gravel driveway adjacent to the home. Full decking/balcony can be specified as an optional extra.
Site Pitches
Site pitches are available to site your own home (subject to our discretion). These are sold on a 20 year lease. Monthly pitch fees apply.
There is a monthly management fee payable and all water, waste and drainage costs are contained within the pitch fee costs.
Finance and Part Exchange
We are able to offer finance to purchase your static caravan. We also will consider a Part Exchange of your camper/caravan etc.
